13.7 Right to data portability Where processing is carried out by automated means and is based on your consent or on a contract to which you are a party, you have the legal right to receive and access the Personal Data you have provided to the Company. You may request that your Personal Data be transferred directly from the Company to another controller, where technically feasible. This period may be extended by up to two months, where necessary, depending on the nature of the request and the number of requests. Within one month of receiving your request, we will inform you of any extension and the reasons for it.

13.11 To the extent that this is not contrary to the provisions of Article 13 of the law, the information you request in exercising your rights under Article 13 will be made available free of charge. If the request is unjustified or excessive, particularly in the case of repeated requests, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing the information or notifying you of the requested action. We may also refuse to act on it.

13.12 If we have doubts about the identity of the natural person who submitted your request, we may ask the person making the request to provide reasonable means of identification.
